[ID: Pet Store Pals] Pound Puppy Style Bunny

This little guy has been with me since I could remember. He's been thru 2 dog attacks and I still adore him.
So much so that I'd like to get him identified and possibly find more for sale.
I've looked up what it says on his button, but got no where.
I've looked up weather or not he's from the Pound Puppies line (since he looks like one), still nothing.
He came in a blue, plastic cage, which got destroyed or lost...dont recall.

Does anyone know of where he came from? Here is a pic of him. Sorry he's so dirty and mangled...Im afraid to wash him...

I did a search on google shopping and came across an auction for "Pound Bunnies."  This is the link:

There is a close up picture of the back of the box, and it seems like there is a bunny on there that looks like yours.   Hope this helps!

Zenoah's bunny is very similar but it's not a Pound Bunny (from 1997). They have "sleepy" style eyes and a different bum tag.

Zenoah - could you tell me how big your bunny is and about what year you got her (is it an 80's or 90's toy)?

Maybe it's a "Pet Shop Pal"?

I haven't been able to find a photo, but I want to say that's what it is..

I got him in the late 80's since I was born in 84.
He's about the size of a standard  12 in ruler, includeing the ears.

I'll see what I can find for Pet Shop Pals.

Hi!  I have the bunny too, I got him at a thrift store.  His tag identifies him as a Tonka "Pet Store Pals."  Here's a pic of him in nice shape:



Tonka did Pound Puppies too so it's no wonder they are so similar.  I searched on ebay and there are a few of a cat up right now, so there's a good chance the bunny might pop up too!

I'd prefer to hold onto mine, but if it looks like you won't be able to get him any other way, get in touch with me and we'll work something out

Edit: Just looked. No cat or bunny but there is a gunnie pig.
You best hold on to the one you have seeing how rare they are.

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but I have found at least two other animals in this series.
What I know of, there is:

- Bunny

- Guennie Pig

- Mouse

- Bird


Someone did say there was a cat, but I have'nt seen pics of it yet..
