[ID: Ruffle Fun Barbie] Barbie with blue-green eyes

I have a really pretty Barbie doll with blue-green eyes (half of each iris is light blue and the other half is bright green) and navy blue eyelashes. She has blonde hair with a side part and bangs and round pink earrings. I have no idea who she is. I am 99% sure she is from the 90's because I was born in 1993 and I recieved all of my Barbies brand-new, but it is possible that i got her second-hand from a friend, so she could be from the 80's. Any ideas?

Her earrings are just plain pink posts.
Also, I forgot to mention that she has light green eyeshadow.

I bought an unlabeled Barbie lot once -- this search can sometimes take a while since there were hundreds of barbies released.  I hope you figure out who she is.

She looks alot like Bath Blast Barbie, but I don't think that's her. Bath Blast Barbie has plus shaped highlights in her eyes. My Barbie has triangle shaped highlights. Maybe it's a common variation though. The search continues. Hopefully, I can figure out who she is.

Im looking through a 1990's Barbieguide book. The features I am looking for are the round pink earrings, blonde hair and bangs. From  the pictures, I cant quite tell exactly what color the eyes are, so I am not able to look for that. Hopefully this still helps. Here are some possibilities:
