no its not a polly pocket... it has made in china on her feet.. the hole on the back was to stick it on a green ring...and two hair clips it popped on to... i had another that had yellow pigtails and i wanto say a pink dress and purple shoes... and the one on the bottom im still looking for it has a flower on its cheek please help! you guys rock!!

Mini Playmates (Or Pretty Pop Its), produced by Mannix (1989). I think that's the same company that makes the new LPS-like knockoff animals.
