ROAD CHAMPS 4x4 Monster Beetle vintage red car with surfboard on top.

Friction power sort of works, but is very stuttery so keeps stopping and clicking before restarting (perhaps it's supposed to do this?).

Produced in the 1980s. Measures 8.5cm long and high.
