Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account—credit and debit card payments are accepted.

Postage & Delivery

I ship to any destination served by Royal Mail. Use the postage estimator in your shopping basket to view the exact shipping cost for your order.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Larger badge or magnet orders may require additional time as they are made to order; if a delay occurs, you will be notified by email.

International Delivery:
Typical delivery time from the UK is 3–8 working days, though some destinations may take up to 20 days.

EU Customers:
Please note that a mandatory customs fee is payable upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

I cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. However, I retain proof of postage for all orders, which can be used to support a claim with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail considers an item lost after:

• 15 working days (UK)
• 20 working days (International)

Claims must be submitted within 3 months of the postage date. Royal Mail compensation for standard UK and Airmail services is typically up to £20 (as of April 2013). If you are placing a large order, please contact me to discuss enhanced postage options.

Returns

All items are handmade with care. If you are unsatisfied with your order, I will happily mend, exchange, or refund the item upon its return (excluding return postage).

You are responsible for return postage costs, and I cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please obtain proof of postage.

To arrange a return, email me at powdermonki@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days.
