Glow in the dark Lion and Bear
« on: Sunday 13 November 2011, 11:30 am »
Hiya,
I'm looking for info on 2 toys I had when I was little - in the late 80s or very early 90s.

They were very cheap toys - small plastic lion and bear. They glowed in the dark.
They were fully plastic - no hair, clothes or anything.

I *think* the lion was yellow/green and the bear was pink.

I'd love to find these!

Sounds like Ursa major and Roary from "Moondreamers"

Nope - not Moondreamers and not these guys.

They could stand up and had moveable arms and legs.

They came on a card backing.

Would love to see them again!

OOh, it looks really like the Rainbow Glo Friend. The packaging and everything is how I remember. Although I did remember them to be all one colour and I thought one was a bear.
I'm thinking it was the same type of toy but from a different set/range.
