In the picture that I found (zuse's page!), the mouse looked a bit different as far as I could tell. Zuse will know for sure!

The gray cat and milk can is from a McDonald's toy. It was from a Peanuts themed set, and came with Linus and a push cart. This was in the late '80s I believe.

Holy sushi! I've had the Lucy figurine with the wheelbarrow and apples for forever! Not sure if I still have them, but I remember them so clearly. I KNOW I still have Lucy!

Cool, I know what one of these things are! The little blue plastic bed is part of a bunk bed set from Oh Penny (UK) or Oh Jenny (US). I have the tree-house and the bunk beds are red, so I am guessing this was from the main house perhaps.

I think the food dishes came with a set of dalmations. I had the red dish with the food one end and water the other end, at any rate, and THAT came with dalmations.

The egg reminded me of one in the Barbie Fun Fixin Cake Set I used to own.  The two halves would stick together with that egg.

But in ebaying it, and looking closer at the package, it looks like maybe there are too many ridges on your egg in comparison to the one from the kit.  Hmmm....

I think you're right about the ridges. Also, you can't tell in the picture that I took, but there is a circle inside the egg that helps hold it together. I love that li'l egg, though! It's cool to just see what the possibility could have been. Thanks, hon!
