Bow Wow Boutique was produced by Galoob in 1991-93. It was a very small series which included a plush puppy with two fur coats that could be cut and styled. There were also at least three separately sold fur coats too.

Puppies

Each set came with one puppy, two removable fur coats, a pair of scissors, comb, hairclips, a ribbon and tag. It looks like there were two puppies, one with long brown ears and one with short white ears.
