Toy ID Help / [ID: Stone Guardians] Help me name this toy my sister had!

I don’t remember what year my younger sister got this toy but I want to say maybe 1995 or 1996. Both of us remember a figurine that kind of resembled a troll and it had short blue hair kind of done like a brush cut. It came with some type of a scooter as well. I also remember if you moved one of its arms around there was a triangle in the middle of its chest that would light up. I think it was part of a line because the package showed a few more of the same characters. I don’t remember any markings or anything on it either but my sister has a small memory of the toy being linked to a cartoon show that was on tv at the time. So can anyone help me out?

The image in the original post appears to have expired, but I saved it a few years ago and thought I should post it again.

I also happened upon an ebay listing a while back featuring a yellow pegasus on a pink brush, instead of a pink bird on a teal brush. (Edit: It actually might be a white pegasus, if the card artwork is anything to go by. Just looks yellow from the yellowed plastic.)

proooobably more then I should lol! but included are lol surprise/tweens,ssc,rainbow brite,pop,dora,disney and possibly other I collect figures and yu-gi-oh cards too.

This stuffed animal my aunt brought me from the USA around 1993. Due to the age of 30, he ended up losing one of his eyes. I was always curious to know his story or something like that. Has anyone know anything about this ?

I don't know if this will help anything or not, but I just wanted to post that I did some research a bit ago to find the full loving heart dinosaur series after finding it while browsing ebay! it seems like all 3 (rock-o-saurs, baby saurs, and loving heart dinosaurs) all had the same four design, with different models obviously. no wonder it was so confusing!
