I love rummaging around in a good charity shop, you never know what little gem you may find! I collect all sorts of toys for myself and for resale on eBay.

Tangled Pockets

I had eyed this Disney Tangled “Rapunzel” toddler doll a short while before buying her, but decided against her at the time as I thought she was a bit over priced for a doll with such a mess of quite literately tangled hair. Then when I went back into the charity shop a week later I found she had been reduced so bought her along with three modern Polly Pocket dolls, a Shopkins character and another couple of little unknown toys, then set to sorting out the birds nest on top of her head!

Creepy Clock Surprise

I came back with a selection of little odds and sods from my trip into Rayleigh this week. My favourite find is the creepy rabbit clock with moving eyes and ears. I found two G3 and one G4 My Little Pony plus a Cutie Crew figure, a Cupcake Surprise (but no surprise she hatless), two Lalaloopsy pets, and various little figures including characters from Disney Princess, Moshi Monsters, Roary the Racing Car, Finding Nemo and Waybuloo.

Monster Egg LOLs

I added more to my Moshi Monster & Furby collections this week, plus LOL and Shopkins stickers, LOL onesies and an ugly Eggbert figure. I also found an Emma Watson Disney Princess “Belle” doll from the movie Beauty & The Beast.

Sally’s Magnetic Danger Boots

I came back with a nice selection of toys and books from last weekends carboot sale, including two Furbys, three little Disney Princess Mini Toddler figures, a Sally Secrets doll, a Sylvanian Families dog, six vintage Ladybird books, a crocheted plush figure from Paperchase and Pucca bag.

Oodles of Ponies

On my rounds in Rayleigh last week I came across a fresh load of donated G3 My Little Ponies, twelve to be precise. I even found one G1 pony (Baby Ribbon). Then the following day I spotted a l’il bag of L’il Babies and Oodles, a large G4 pony and Rainbow Dash duvet set.

Hunting For The Littlest Trump

On Saturday I came back with two books (My Little Pony and Richard Scarry), and Monday’s volunteering found me a Zelf and two Littlest Pet Shop kitten baskets. Tuesday was much more fruitful, with two Monster High dolls, three Ever After High dolls, a Supergirl doll, a baby Lalaloopsy, more Littlest Pet Shop, another Zelf, a Funko Mystery Mini, a Twisthead, a MLP blind bag mini, a Barbie stool and several more packs of Top Trumps. Oh, and a pack of Old Maid.

Lala Zombie Star

It’s been a long time since I’ve gone to a carboot sale, and there seemed to be a lot more toot that I remember! Needless to say, I found a few toys regardless, including Novi Stars, Once Upon A Zombie, Monster High, I Love Minnie, Lalaloopsy and My Little Pony.

Elsa’s Monster Trumps

I found several things over the course of this week in various charity shops including Inside Out, Lego Movie Happy Meal, Top Trumps Angel, TT Doctor Who and TT Cars, My Little Pony, Miles From Tomorrowland, Moshi Monsters, Crazy Bones, Zelf, Elsa, Monster High, Ever After High, Wacky Races, Meg & Mog, and Little Miss Tiny.

Tickle Me Trooper

The Mr and I popped into Raleigh on Tuesday, and I found a Tickle Me Elmo, Lego Star Wars clock and Mort by Terry Pratchett. We needed milk on the way home, and the bus stop is right outside a charity shop. So we popped in and I found five little toys in the 10p box (including Piypon and Momiji). And after buying milk we happened to walk past another charity shop, where I found an original Furby and a Pinky Cooper doll!

Pygmy Puff Girl

Monday’s charity shop haul, collected up whilst volunteering, , included Monsters Inc., Cat In The Hat, Muppets, Powerpuff Girls, Harry Potter, My Little Pony (fakies?), Lego Movie 2 McDonalds Happy Meal, Littlest Pet Shop, Fizz ‘n’ Surprise and three vintage kitchen items. Plus an odd Lalaloopsy boot and a Pinypon wig. My bag was full by the time I had finished my shift!

The Lexicon of Kermit

I found a few toys in my local charity shops towards the end on March (Kermit, VIP Pets, Moshi Monsters, Barbie, Zelfs, Party Pop Teenines & a Lego Movie 2 Happy Meal toy) and a Madonna CD. I can’t remember exactly when I bought the Lexicon game as it was hidden in my desk drawer to stop the little cat from eating the elastic band keeping it all together (it was recent though)!

Haircutting Bats For Fairies

I found three excellent 80’s things this week; a whole bunch of charms, a Sindy doll and a Flower Fairies annual! I also found Moxie Girlz, Barbie, Bat Girl, Snow White, Cinderella, a My Little Pony headband thingie, “Haircutting for Everyone” and two baby dresses for the fabric.
